To start playing, scan the QR code on your wristband in any of our kiosks located in front of each game to join the lines. You are only allowed to scan into one game at a time. Please do not touch the equipment yourselves, our staff will teach you how to play and help you in and out of each experience. Should you need help during play, please raise your hand. We recommend due to the motion of car racing that you do that experience towards the middle to last of your time here. Don’t forget to grab a drink at the bar and enjoy!
Expect wait times between experiences, especially on the weekends. If you purchased a 2-hour pass, a ticket upgrade is available the day of your visit to the All-Day pass allowing you unlimited playtime.
As the industry leader in hygienic best practices since 2017, VR World has been the only VR entertainment space operating consistently with rigorous safety and public health protocols. Our venue features chemical lab like bacteria resistant epoxy flooring, corian-clad surfaces, UV light treatment to sanitize equipment, and 8 x 8 feet partitioned grids between each station.
All guests must be 9+ years old to enter VR World. Anyone under 9 years old will not be allowed to enter. At 5pm all guests must be 18+ to enter. Unfortunately, anyone under 18 years old after 5pm will not be permitted to enter or stay. Sorry kiddos!
Certain experiences (Flying Jet, Project Cars, a few others) are restricted to a maximum weight 200 lbs. and a minimum height of 5’2″

Yes! Like other entertainment attractions and museums, every individual must purchase an admission pass to enter the space, even if they decide not to participate in the VR experiences. More often than not, guests who enter just as chaperones, participate, and are very happy they did!
If being a bit nervous is fun, then absolutely! However, no fear, our super friendly and trained VR Instructors will help any guest to feel at ease. They will set up your gear and cheer on while you are in play. Just let go and have a blast!
The 2 hour Pass allows you 2 hours of play time at VR World. Your personal QR code bracelet will become inactive exactly 2 hours after your first tap-in. The All-Day Pass allows you unlimited time in the space with the ability to enter and exit as many times as you like. Many guests choose the All-Day pass for flexibility and additional time, especially on the busy weekends.

It is highly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance online. We do accept walk-ins based on availability.
You must arrive on the date selected during the check out process. There are no refunds for unused tickets and we do not reschedule tickets for a different date.
VR World offers a full-service bar. Grab a drink from our curated cocktail menu in between rounds of play. We do not serve food, although there are plenty of great culinary options in the neighborhood before or after you come from exploring with us!
