Since our new flagship opening, VR World was the only VR entertainment space operating consistently with rigorous safety and public health protocols. Our venue features chemical lab like bacteria resistant epoxy flooring, corian-clad surfaces, UV light treatment to sanitize equipment, and 8 x 8 feet partitioned grids between each station. As the industry leader in hygienic best practices since 2017, VR World has added additional protocols by following the safety standards of the CDC and local government to ensure our guests and employees are safe while having fun at VR World.

Due to COVID-19 city-mandated capacity restrictions, all tickets must be purchased online prior to visiting by selecting the date and time of your visit during the ticket purchasing process. Please be sure to arrive on time at your scheduled time. If late for your scheduled time- you may be denied entry due to capacity limitations and will need to reschedule your visit.
All guests must be 9+ years old to enter VR World. Anyone under 9 will not be allowed to enter.
The cutoff for tickets with children is 5:00 pm. Unfortunately, anyone under 21 after 7:00 pm will not be permitted to stay. Sorry kiddos!
Certain experiences (Flying Jet, Project Cars, a few others) are restricted to a maximum weight 220 lbs. and a minimum height of 5’2″
Yes. Any child 9-14 years old must be accompanied by a chaperone who is 18+ years of age. Chaperones are required to purchase a ticket to enter.

VR World is North America’s largest immersive entertainment destination, featuring over 50 virtual reality experiences, ranging from gaming, art, and film. Tens of thousands of guests have already come through our doors and experienced how we transform VR into a memorable social outing that you’ll want to do again and again with friends and family.
Each experience is different, but they generally last between 5-10 minutes.
Most experiences are included in our General Admission Pass. From time to time, we offer special features that are unique experiences that are available at additional cost. Currently, we are showcasing three special experiences that can be added to your general ticket: “The Flying Jet”, a robotic VR simulator, “Escape the Lost Pyramid” an hour long VR escape room experience, and “Arizona Sunshine”, a free-roaming zombie apocalypse multiplayer.
Yes! Like other entertainment attractions and museums, every individual must purchase an admission pass to enter the space, even if they decide not to participate in the VR experiences. More often than not, guests who enter just as chaperones, participate, and are very happy they did!
Not at all! We have highly trained VR Instructors who are truly passionate about what they do, and able to help guests with each experience. They will explain the content, set you up with the equipment, and cheer you on while you in play. Just let go and have a blast!
Hours are as listed on the main page, but the club level opens 1 hour after opening and closes 1 hour before closing.
Ever wanted to experience bullet-time (SUPERHOT), narrowly escape death by using your wits (I EXPECT YOU TO DIE), paint a canvas in 3D (TILT BRUSH), survive the zombie apocalypse (ARIZONA SUNSHINE), walk on a plank dangling 500 feet off the ground (RICHIE’S PLANK) or fly over the streets of Paris (EAGLE FLIGHT)? All of this and a lot more awaits you at VR World! And, if action is not your thing, you will find some amazing film and art titles on the mezzanine. Feeling creative? Get into Tilt Brush to create a masterpiece or experience the fluid poetry of dance (MOVE). There’s something for anyone to discover at VR World!

If you purchase the 2 Hour Pass, your access bracelet or QR code will become inactive exactly 2 hours after the first time you scanned your pass at a VR bay. The All-Day Pass allows you unlimited time in the space with the ability to enter and exit as many times as you like. Many guests choose the All-Day pass for flexibility, especially on weekends.
VR World is cashless! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
No! Due to COVID-19 city-mandated capacity restrictions, tickets can only be purchased online in advance by selecting the date and time of your visit.
Tickets expire after 90 days from the purchase date. There are no refunds for unused tickets.
Guests are always surprised by the size of our space! VR World has 3 levels and is approximately 12,000 square feet of pure fun.
We love to host events! VR World has become a prime destination for corporate parties, launch events, team building excursions, and birthday parties for adults and kids. Contact our events department by filling out the Event Request Form!
VR World offers a full-service bar. Grab a drink from our curated cocktail menu in between rounds of play. We currently do not serve food, although there are plenty of great culinary options in the neighborhood before or after you come from exploring with us!
Unfortunately, we do not have storage lockers or coat check due to COVID-19. We recommend that you travel lightly when coming to VR World.

Yes! The headsets are adjustable and designed to fit comfortably over glasses.
