FLOOR INSTRUCTORS

Floor Instructors are inviting, playful, knowledgeable, intuitive, and attentive to our Guests. They have expert knowledge of all VR experiences offered.  They make our Guests comfortable and present complex information in a digestible, engaging way.  Instructors must have a balance of professionalism and play to ensure the Guest will have a special experience and will want to return are share with friends.

FLOOR MANAGER-CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

The Floor Manager will manage a team of 40+ floor instructors and technicians. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, providing for a smooth and excellent Guest experience with a strong focus on strong customer service skills. Goals are measured through targets set on daily profitability, visitor reviews, ability to operate in a quick pace environment.  The Floor Manager must exhibit situational flexibility, leadership and have an owner’s mentality.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer will take direction from written and spoken ideas and must be able to convert them into design collateral for internal and external use. Must have experience in both print and multimedia presentation.  Consult with marketing and operations to create cohesive designs that reflect our brand image.  Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, and InDesign.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

The Director of Marketing must know how to deploy a blended marketing strategy from digital, brand, and social media with a keen insight to channel optimization and analytics with a global lens.  This person must welcome the challenge to build marketing in an organization that is still learning how to capitalize on its marketing impact.  The candidate must have high attention to detail with 10-15 years of global marketing experience with a lifestyle brand.
